Tulum Art Club's journey began with an idea that soon flourished into a vision. It was inspired by the breathtaking beauty, rich culture, and intriguing history of the Yucatan Peninsula. As avid art enthusiasts and explorers, we were enchanted by the region's natural wonders and deeply-rooted Mayan culture. This led to a spark of inspiration to create a platform where we could share this captivating mix of aesthetics, history, and culture with the world through art.

Our story unfolded amid the stunning landscapes, shimmering coasts, dense jungles, and the mystical cenotes of the Yucatan Peninsula. The vibrant colors, the intricate patterns found in nature, and the rhythms of the peninsula's bustling local life and its tranquil retreats stimulated our senses. We saw art in every corner of this amazing place, and we wanted to capture it, to bring it to a wider audience.

This vision, paired with our decade-long experience exploring the region, its caves, and sacred places, led to the inception of our artist residency program. The program aims to inspire artists to create unique art pieces that reflect the essence of the Yucatan Peninsula. We believe in the transformative power of immersion in a different culture and environment, which is why we offer artists an opportunity to live, create and exhibit in the Yucatan.
