What is Tulum Art Club?
Tulum Art Club is an art platform rooted in the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico. We work with artists to create collections of framed prints and original pieces inspired by the culture and nature of the region.

How are the prints made?
Every print is made to order: it is printed and framed after you buy it, in 2 to 7 business days, and then shipped to you.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide and already included in the price. Delivery time depends on your location; you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs or import taxes may apply at delivery. Those are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

What currency are the prices in?
Prices are in US dollars. In some countries the store shows an approximate price in your local currency; you can change the currency in the menu.

What is your return policy?
If your piece arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days of receiving it and we will solve it. Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a size or color ordered by mistake. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Write to us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that the piece usually goes into production and can no longer be changed.

Do you have an artist residency program?
