Sacred Spiral

"Sacred Spiral: Earth's Offering" is a captivating image that draws the viewer into the timelessness of Mayan traditions and the intrinsic bond with the land. Placed center stage is a 'jícara', a vessel of simplicity yet profound cultural significance, lying gracefully upon the floor. Beneath this emblem of life and sustenance, the radiant red earth is meticulously shaped into a spiral, a universal symbol of life's cyclical nature and eternal continuity. Gonzalo Gatto masterfully captures the stillness and sanctity of the scene, invoking reflections on nature, heritage, and the infinite dance between the two.
